Kalima gate/ kundun not always showing up

Hey again,
Another bug i believe - when in Kalima 1, 4, and 6 i noticed that sometimes the gate does not show up even if i am high enough level to go into the higher one.
Also noticed twice in kalima 7 there was no Kundun - only one illusion. So not sure if thats correct, or if he just wasnt placed there?

1. I don't encounter this problem before,i will check!
2. The kundun will respawn every 24 hours,maybe another player is killing him.

This is the gate i meant in Kalima. Possibly shows at random after killing Kundun.
